How do I shop online at Love That Gown?

You have the option to create an account with us if you wish to come back and track current orders or view all previous orders you have placed with us. It also allows for faster checkout for future orders. None of your information is used outside of Love That Gown or sold to outside parties for any reason. Your privacy is important to us.

To start shopping, click on the product category that you would like to view on the home page. Within each category there are sub categories with different size ranges or items. Click the sub category you are interested in.

Click on any photo and you'll be taken to a description page where you can click the photo to enlarge it to see the details. Here you will also find a description of the item as well as the size chart to which you should refer if interested in a dress.

Enter the quantity (cannot exceed the stock availability shown) and click the "Add to cart" button. After adding it to your cart, it will show the item in the right column along with your current pricing. Now you can continue shopping to add additional items or check out.

Your shopping cart is where you keep your selections until you're ready to check out. To make changes, you need to click "show cart." To remove an item from your cart, click the trash can button next to the item you want to delete. If you need to change the quantity, enter the correct quantity and click the double arrows.

All other items purchased other than dresses will be charged a shipping rate based on total amount of order.

Now you will be taken to a secure page where you will enter your personal information and credit card number. After filling this in, the page will show you the contents of your cart and the price of your purchase.

After you have purchased your order, the page will show you your order ID number. Be sure to keep this number for your records. It's that easy.

Is my information secure using this site?

Our Secure Software (SSL) provided by is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number and personal information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. An "https://" prefix in the URL in your browser's status bar indicate that a page within our website is secure.

Do you have a catalog?

No, sorry we do not have a catalog. All of our items can be viewed on our site.

Is this dress available?

All of our dresses are kept on site so they are available for immediate shipment. Occasionally, our inventory count may be off and the dress may not be available. Should this happen, we will email you immediately so that you may look for another dress. We do not sell knockoffs and carry only authentic merchandise.

What are the lengths of the dresses?

Our dresses are between 55" and 60" long unless otherwise specified. Please keep in mind that most formal wear will require some sort of alteration to fit properly.

What type of fabric or material is used?

How do I know what size to order?

Please check the manufacturer size chart link under the info links section on the home page. Measure yourself carefully to ensure an accurate fit according to the measurements given in the size chart. Keep in mind that most dresses will need alterations by an experienced seamstress to fit properly.

What happens when I place an order online?

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the registration process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase, confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card.

Can I order by phone?

Sure! We are more than happy to take your order by phone. Call us at 920.948.5526 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, CST. At other times, please leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number and time of day when you can be reached and we will return call within 24 hours. If you can mention the style and size you are interested in, this will help us to respond faster to your needs.

Do you have any stores where I can try on a dress?

We are open only by appointment. We are in a rural area so to maintain regular store hours is not cost effective. How do I see what's in my shopping cart?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order and Paypal. You can pay via checking account using Paypal....please allow your echeck 5 days to clear through your bank and Paypal. Customers using money orders must fill out our money order information sheet and mail it with their money order. What is your return policy?

Do you ship outside the US?

We ship almost anywhere in the world including APO and FPO addresses. International and Canadian orders are responsible for taxes, duties, customs, shipping and any other additional fees incurred once outside the US.

What are your shipping options?

We ship the most cost effective way through either USPS (the United States Postal Service) or UPS. We ship orders outside of the United States by the United States Postal Service only. We insure through a third party service.

What are your shipping rates and when will I receive my order?

All orders for dresses shipping within the 48 United States will be shipped free of charge. All other items will be charged a flat shipping rate based on the total amount of your order as follows:

$0.00  -  $30.00 = $6.95 ship rate
$30.01 - $40.00 = $8.95 ship rate
$40.01 - $55.00 =$10.95 ship rate
$55.01 - $70.00 =$12.95 ship rate
$70.01 - $85.00 =$14.95 ship rate
$85.01 - $100.00 =$17.95 ship rate
$100.01 - $140.00 =$21.95 ship rate
$140.01 - $180.00 =$25.95 ship rate
$180.01 - $225.00 =$29.95 ship rate
$225.01 and up =$33.75 ship rate

Orders of in stock merchandise placed before 8 AM CST will be shipped the same business day*. Orders placed after 8 AM CST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping prices for dresses shipping to locations outside of the 48 United States are as follows, per item shipped:

Priority Mail - 5 to 7 (Business Days) $10 USD

USPS Priority Mail International - 5 to 7 (Business Days) $15 USD

Shipping prices are per item.

* Business Days are Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays).
***All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes. You are responsible for all customs duty and import charges. They are not included in our shipping rates.  

How long will it take to get my order?

Within the United States it takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the delivery service of the USPS and UPS carriers. Outside of the United States it typically takes from 5 - 10 days.
